What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to have a short phone conversation to introduce myself and ask a few questions about the job.. If possible, I like to have a video or facetime call with the customer so they can show me some video of the work or area needing repair or paint. I can usually provide an accurate quote by taking this process. Once the customer agrees to a cost quote job details, we will send the job details in writing. We will then schedule dates and align on payment details.
